1 thing that intrigued me the most was the connection in supply and demand behaviours between publishers and players. On the publisher side, games have become much more costly to make. As each year continues, it costs more to obtain users. You need a counterweight to that. You need more revenue coming in if you're likely to invest more making a match. That's where dwell services has come from and that has so much momentum.

The opposite side of this was what gamers wanted. We've been in these kinds of games for a long time, and we have seen the virtues. Players like to attain mastery of what they're playing, eventually become part of a community, make friends.
